NO cheating is ever allowed and if i catch you doing that, you'll be disqualified blogs must be either in blogspot.com or co.nr inform me if you had changed your url. during judging time, no change is allowed unless you inform me. Blog must be open to public. Contest will be closed once there are maximum participants. (max.10)
